Construction Superintendent Leadership Role

Lead and manage construction operations as a Superintendent focused on safety and team development. Oversee project site activities while ensuring alignment with company objectives. In this role, you will direct subcontractors and laborers, focusing on safety leadership via the Bird Safety Program and effectively managing day-to-day site operations. Your responsibilities include providing supervision and training for the site team, administering contracts, monitoring subcontractor performance, and maintaining project quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of Bird Safety Program and monitor safety performance
• Foster relationships to enhance workplace morale and team dynamics
• Supervise site team and conduct timely performance evaluations
• Develop and refine project schedules collaboratively
• Ensure compliance with contracts and terms during project execution

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in General Contracting for commercial and institutional projects
• Background in carpentry or Gold Seal Certification is advantageous
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in safety protocols, project execution, and cost control
• Knowledge of construction techniques and MS Office applications
