We are expanding our fabulous team and looking for a clinician who is eager to set their professional limits high and build a rewarding career within a growing organization. If you love working with kids, have a deep passion for neurodiversity, and are excited to dive deep into learning about OCD evidence-based and evidence informed treatments, you’ll fit right in. Ideally, this would be great for a person who is looking to have a full time caseload.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming therapy to children and their families.
- Collaborate and share knowledge with a supportive, experienced team of clinicians.
- Receive specialized learning and mentorship in OCD treatment modalities.
- Contribute to the vibrant, growth-minded culture of our expanding practice.
Who You Are
- A licensed or pre-licensed Child Therapist (e.g., LCSW, Provisional or Registered Social Worker).
- Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care.
- Curious, eager to learn, and driven to expand your expertise into OCD treatment.
- A team player who values collaboration, mentorship, and a bit of workplace fun.
- Ambitious and looking for a long-term professional home where you can scale your impact.
