What will you work on
We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer contractor to join our Toronto team. In this role you will act as a champion for the visual identities of Spin Masters kids entertainment and toy brands as well as our corporate brand identity. This is a dynamic hybrid role requiring a mix of strategic branding (developing campaign logos and style guides) and high-volume hands-on digital design production.

• Develop assets for Spin Masters corporate brand identity.

• Design campaign logos and establish the visual tone of voice for new global product launches.

• Create comprehensive campaign style guides to keep creative partners aligned.

• Design high-converting eComm assets paid and organic social campaigns and digital banners.

• Lead high-volume platform-specific production work maintaining meticulous file organization in a fast-paced environment.

• Turn high-level creative briefs into stunning visual assets and present concepts confidently to cross-functional brand teams.

• Provide creative direction and collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive creative vision and high-quality execution.

• Support physical environmental design including Point of Sale (POS) and Trade Fair visual experiences as needed.

What are your skills and experience

• Proven track record in graphic digital or visual design within a fast-paced creative environment.

• Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).

• Experience with Figma and SketchUp is considered a strong asset.

• Exceptional production skills with a proven ability to handle heavy high-volume asset creation with pixel-perfect accuracy.

• Proven experience designing traditional marketing materials including print ads catalog layouts and style guides.

• Strong technical foundation in typography color theory and spatial layout tailored for global consumer brands.

• Prior experience in Retail/POS Trade Fair or environmental physical design is highly valued.
