Sales Coordinator and Merchandiser

Job Responsibility:

This integral position coordinates and executes activities related to sales in Alberta. The Sales Coordinator/Merchandiser reports to the Director of Sales providing support with any sales & marketing-related and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Day to day point of contact and support for the Sales Team
• Liaise between Customer Marketing and Sales
• Prepare, update and distribute monthly sales tools and materials on time, ensuring accuracy
• Assist team with CRM tool, inputting and tracking objectives
• Assist in the preparation, organization and participation of tastings, team meetings, training seminars, supplier visits and events
• Data Entry
• Coordinate sample and POS pick up and shipment as needed
• Locker inventory management
• In-Field Merchandising
• Build and Maintain displays
• Ensure strong shelf position
• Support Post activation analysis

Experience & Education

• Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions or Merchandising in Bev Alch or CPG an asset
• Ability to attend evening and weekends events
• Own a car and a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 30 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
