Job Title: Shisha Bar Staff
Job Summary:We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Shisha Bar Staff. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of shisha flavors to customers in a timely and professional manner.- Engage with customers to provide recommendations on shisha flavors and ensure their satisfaction.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shisha bar area, including equipment and seating areas.- Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling shisha products.- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and contribute to overall customer experience.
Experience:- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.- Knowledge of different shisha flavors, techniques, and equipment is a plus.- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of service.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
