Key responsibilities include building growth infrastructure such as experimentation tools and lifecycle triggers while optimizing user-facing experiences for improved performance. Collaborate with various teams to ensure that all features meet the strategic goals of user acquisition and engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and designers on feature development
• Execute end-to-end projects from design to measurement
• Build experimentation tooling and targeting systems
• Design and implement scalable services and APIs
• Use data to inform and enhance decisions

Requirements:

• 3+ years in software engineering
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Kotlin, Java
• Experience with A/B testing and feature flags
• Ability to work with analytics and data
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
