Straight Up Health is a mental health and wellness clinic. We offer teens, young adults, parents and families access to approachable, empowering mental health care. We aim to modernize traditional mental health settings, and support individuals in building resilience and confidence.Together as a team, we are working to break down stigma and normalize support, by providing connective and personalized therapy, sleep therapy, mental performance coaching, ADHD coaching and nutrition coaching options that are specialized to meet the needs of the individual.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an avid learner to lead the day to day operations and customer experience at one of Toronto's top mental health and wellness clinics. The role provides a high degree of autonomy, supported by ownership in a rapidly growing, changing and under supplied industry.

As the People and Program Coordinator of Straight Up Health, your role is to provide compassionate, high-quality service to all clients ensuring that their journey of seeking support is as seamless as possible. A fast-paced responsiveness to inquiries is required ensuring that all clients feel well supported with a positive experience.

As the People and Program Coordinator you are the first point of contact for all of our clients.You play an integral role in building rapport, trust, and ensuring that all those who are seeking support are matched with the right practitioner from our specialized team. You will also be the main point of contact and support to our rapidly growing team.

This role will also include a direct liaison with the Managing Partner to help build out and execute on new business initiatives and partnerships to grow the business across Canada.

About you

- You have business acumen to support critical thinking, a bias for action when making decision-making, and an entrepreneurial mindset when problem-solving

- Have extremely strong organizational skills (being able to wear many hats)

- Experience in client-facing customer service

- Lead, coach and develop our team of industry professionals

- Ability in building and creating partnerships with schools, brands and organizations

- Skilled with online technology booking programs (Jane.app, MailChimp, Squarespace)

- Interest in social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook)

- Strong problem solving and decision making skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask

- Bring a positive attitude to the team and work environment

- Have a caring and approachable personality

Daily Responsibilities

-Monitoring and managing all email inquiries, answering phone calls and all communications from clients, referral sources and our team

-Insuring all potential clients complete profile and intake forms

-Matching potential clients with the best fit professional from our team

-Facilitating all initial 15 minute consultation calls, supporting the clients until they find the best fit from our team

-End of the month billing and accounting

-Managing the clinic's day-to-day schedule

-Managing the team's schedules ensuring they feel fully supported

-Supporting the team in administrative tasks : billing out clients, blocking off schedules, re-scheduling clients etc.

-Connecting with schools, medical clinics and other wellness businesses to create relationships and partnerships

-Developing a social media calendar for regular postings

-Developing monthly newsletters and blog posts (squarespace and mailchimp)

-Assist team with building workshop presentations

-On boarding all new team members

-Demonstrating empathy and compassion, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to respond to difficult situations

Requirements

-Full time in-person availability Monday-Friday

-University degree, College Diploma or Certificate Program (bonus if it is related to social service provisions but not required)

-This is a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have the ability to multi-task, answer phones, emails, coordinate schedules and be active on our social media platforms

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
