In this Senior Engineer/Analyst position, you will contribute to the Major Component Replacement initiatives at Bruce Power. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality mechanical and piping designs while mentoring less experienced engineers. You will handle rapid engineering permits, ensuring that project timelines remain intact and client needs are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct piping and mechanical engineering for nuclear systems
- Create comprehensive design documents including calculations and diagrams
- Lead and support engineering projects across disciplines
- Ensure designs are cost-effective and compliant
- Offer field support for design modifications and installations
- A degree in Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering is mandatory
- 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience is essential
- PEO certification or eligibility required for application
- Familiarity with nuclear standards (e.g. CSA, ASME)
- Proficiency in engineering software and project management skills
