- Enable leaders through training and coaching programs
- Advise on performance management and employee relations
- Support talent development and workforce readiness
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years as a senior HR Business Partner
- Proven skills in talent strategy and recruitment
- Strong expertise in training and leader enablement
- CRHA designation is required
