Shape CIBC’s banking centre and advisor strategy in Toronto through financial management, portfolio governance, and data-driven recommendations. Work hybrid, onsite one to three days weekly.As Director, Distribution Strategy & Financial Management, you’ll support Personal Banking and Imperial Service within CIBC’s Distribution Strategy team. You’ll connect client, market, operational, and financial insights to strategic priorities. Your work will guide growth, productivity, investment decisions, and stronger client and advisor experiences.Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies for banking centre and advisor channelsAssess initiative benefits, assumptions, costs, risks, and trade-offsEstablish portfolio views of performance and strategic outcomesPartner with Finance, Product Owners, Squads, and Crew LeadsCreate executive materials with recommendations and expected impactRequirements:
Six to nine years in strategy or financial managementDegree in business, finance, economics, or related fieldExperience developing strategies and measurable business outcomesAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiencyExperience coaching employees and inspiring team performanceLead CIBC distribution strategy with quantitative analysis, executive storytelling, portfolio insights, and sound investment judgment.
