In this strategic position within the Traffic Operations department, The Universal Group is looking for an Area Manager to coordinate top-notch traffic control services. As a leader, you will supervise field staff, assure safety and compliance, and maintain strong communication with clients. Your role will be critical in fostering productivity and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide traffic employees through effective leadership
- Collaborate with management on scheduling and client relations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety policies
- Handle client inquiries and investigate complaints thoroughly
- Analyze resource utilization to improve operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management
- Traffic control experience is an added benefit
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of traffic management safety regulations
- Valid WorkSafeBC Traffic Control Person ticket considered advantageous
