Laval MRO Engineer at Mecaer America

Mecaer America Inc. in Laval is looking for a skilled MRO Engineer. This full-time, mid-level role focuses on client relations, complaint management, and process improvements. You will act as the primary contact for MRO clients, managing their inquiries while supporting investigations and corrective actions. Prepare performance analyses and compliance documentation to foster continuous improvements within the aerospace manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills will be key. Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise directly with MRO clients for inquiries
• Handle investigations and customer complaints
• Develop compliance documents and reports
• Assess performance metrics for ongoing improvement
• Read and interpret technical documentation accurately

Requirements:

• DEC in Aeronautics or similar discipline
• 5-8 years of aerospace industry experience
• Understanding of MRO procedures is necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Infor ERP is a plus
• Bilingual in French and English required
