Allied Universal is Security Site Supervisor – Corporate in Mississauga, ON.

Title: Security Site Supervisor – Corporate

Location : Mississauga, ON

Pay-rate: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour

Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

(schedule may vary based on operational requirements)

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and professional Corporate Security Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a high-profile corporate facility in Mississauga. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships while ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of security professionals, ensuring adherence to site policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and security team, fostering strong professional relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and security audits to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, emergencies, and escalated situations in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare incident reports, daily activity reports, and other required documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management of security personnel.
• Ensure all security staff maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards.

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Previous experience in a Security Supervisor or Team Lead role within a corporate or commercial environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing is considered an asset.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.

• Must be eligible to work in Canada and pass a comprehensive background check.

• Standard/Emergency First Aid and CPR certification.

• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40hours a week.

• Must be at least 18years old.

• Physically fit: able to stand/walk for long periods, climb stairs, and occasionally lift/carry up to 20 kg.
