Store Manager - Oakridge Park Mall

Summary

The Store Manager will lead overall store operations for a new luxury store opening at Oakridge Park Mall, overseeing staff, merchandise, customer service, and achievement of sales and operational targets. This role includes full profit and loss responsibility, staff recruitment and development, merchandising and visual standards, and close collaboration with regional and corporate offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales performance and P&L accountability
• Recruit, induct, coach, evaluate, and develop store staff and maintain a talent pool
• Create staff schedules, manage payroll timekeeping and ensure appropriate store coverage
• Oversee inventory management, ordering with Buyer, cycle and physical inventory, and use of Retail Pro
• Maintain merchandising, visual standards, store appearance, and adherence to grooming guidelines
• Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports to management
• Handle customer service escalations including returns, repairs, and dissatisfied customers
• Implement corporate directives and maintain relationships with corporate, regional, and support teams
• Set individual and team sales objectives and drive clienteling efforts

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years store management experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive sales to meet budgets
• Experience with inventory systems and retail software such as Retail Pro and P.O.S.
• Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, developing, and retaining staff
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to organize and maintain store operations, administration, and visual standards
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Foreign language skills are a plus
