Lead AI engineering at SandboxAQ by building agentic systems with Python, machine learning, and production software expertise. This role is fully remote.As Manager, AI Engineering, you will lead a small technical team while remaining hands-on with AI research and engineering. Apply agent orchestration, monitoring, guardrails, feature engineering, and model fine-tuning to create reliable capabilities. You will translate research into applicable software projects and production features.Key Responsibilities:
