Summary
We are seeking a Treatment Manager to join our growing team at Aspire Dental Management. In this pivotal role, you will oversee treatment planning and patient management, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining an efficient workflow and enhancing patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage treatment planning processes for patients, ensuring clarity and understanding of procedures.
- Supervise dental staff and coordinate daily operations within the treatment area.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Oversee patient scheduling and follow-up appointments to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for treatment-related expenses.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a dental office setting, with a strong understanding of dental procedures.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Familiarity with Tracker or similar dental practice management software is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients and staff professionally.
