We are a friendly family of three living in Winnipeg and are looking for a caring, reliable babysitter for our 3-year-old son on occasional evenings and sometimes for a few hours during the day. Our son is an energetic, curious, and happy little boy who loves books, vehicles, outdoor walks, playgrounds, and imaginative play. He is generally easygoing, enjoys meeting new people, and likes having someone engage with him through play, reading, and simple activities. Our son has Type 1 Diabetes, which is managed with an insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor. We will provide training and clear instructions, and no previous diabetes experience is required, although it would be considered an asset.
