What You'll Be Doing

Your day is hands-on and practical. You'll inspect machinery, troubleshoot issues, repair and adjust equipment, change parts, and handle minor welding to keep cranes, roll formers, and slitters running right.

You'll also tackle overhauls, major repairs, and general building maintenance like lights and doors. This isn't sit-around maintenance. You're the person who helps keep the whole operation moving.

Who We're Looking For

You'll do well here if you like industrial maintenance, take safety seriously, and get satisfaction from keeping equipment in good working condition. You should be comfortable with repairs, adjustments, part changes, minor welding, and using tools like drill presses, grinders, and hand and power tools.

• You're currently completing a Millwright certificate in an industrial environment, we can help you achieve your goal.
• You can read simple industrial machine electrical schematics.
• You're computer literate and comfortable with MS Office.
• Electrical drive knowledge is an asset.
• Formal electrical education is an asset.
• You respect rules, regulations, and health and safety policies.
• You don't mind jumping into special projects when needed.
• This is not for you if you hate hands-on work, ignore details, or need someone chasing you to do the basics.
