We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer - Senior with 10+ years of full stack development experience to lead the design, coding, testing, and enhancement of scalable enterprise applications. In this role, you will transform business requirements and functional specifications into robust, secure web and desktop applications within an Azure cloud ecosystem. Working across the full software development lifecycle, you will build modern front-end interfaces, implement serverless cloud components, optimize database architectures, and streamline continuous integration and deployment pipelines to support mission-critical operations.

Location: Toronto, ON (Fully Onsite – 5 days/week required)

Responsibilities
Full Stack Application Development: Design, code, unit test, and maintain secure, scalable web and desktop applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

Cloud Architecture & Serverless Integration: Build and deploy cloud-native applications utilizing Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.

DevOps & CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Configure, optimize, and maintain automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines within Azure DevOps.

Database Modeling & Administration: Design, build, tune, and maintain relational database management systems using Azure SQL Database and SQL Server, including data modeling, capacity planning, performance tuning, and data migration.

Security & Data Governance: Implement database backup/restore procedures, user administration via Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), data masking for environment replication, and enforce security, accessibility, and web best practices.

System Optimization & Maintenance: Perform proactive troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and break/fix maintenance to resolve complex system issues with minimal impact to business operations.

Quality Assurance & Code Review: Establish best practices for local development and testing, conduct peer code reviews, and ensure compliance with software engineering standards.

Technical Research & Advisory: Evaluate emerging IT trends, conduct technical experimentation, and collaborate with cross-functional development teams to deliver cost-effective solution designs.

Qualifications
Senior Full Stack Experience: 10+ years of experience building and maintaining stable, secure, and scalable web and desktop applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and Azure Cloud (Strictly Required).

Cloud & Full Lifecycle Stack: Demonstrated full lifecycle development experience using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, ReactJS, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, Azure DevOps, Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps (Strictly Required).

DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience creating and maintaining automated CI/CD build and deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps (Strictly Required).

Database Design & Architecture: 5+ years of experience designing, modeling, configuring, and tuning database management systems (Azure SQL Database, SQL Server) (Strictly Required).

Agile & Standards Adherence: Proven experience delivering solutions within Agile frameworks while applying industry web, accessibility, and security standards.
