Senior Manager of Data Solutions at IATA

IATA Consulting

Lead the IATA powered data services as Senior Manager of DDS Operations. Utilize your aviation expertise and data management skills to optimize and innovate cloud-based solutions. IATA seeks a Senior Manager in its Business Intelligence Services team focused on Passenger Traffic & Sales. This leadership role requires solid aviation business knowledge and extensive experience in data management. You will work closely with internal IT stakeholders and external partners on the end-to-end delivery of industry data solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee DDS cloud-based data solutions and operations
Lead liaison with external partners and IT stakeholders
Manage ETL processes in collaboration with vendors
Monitor SLAs and vendor performance, reporting insights
Coach and mentor a team of BI experts

Requirements:

M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Computer Science or Aviation IS
10+ years managing global operations in aviation
7+ years in data management leadership
Proficiency with AWS, Snowflake, and Power BI
Excellent interpersonal communication and project management skills
