Renewals Operations Manager at GitLab

Drive operational excellence in renewals with GitLab as a Staff Renewals Operations Manager. Focus on process improvement, data management, and efficiency to support business growth. In this senior-level role, you will own the operational effectiveness of the renewals team, ensuring predictability and scalability. You'll report to the Director of CX Operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and workflows. Your impact will enhance how GitLab manages subscription and consumption data, guiding the renewal process from identification to closure. Key Responsibilities:

Own and refine the renewal operating model for efficiency
Develop renewal cadences and reporting for analysis
Partner with Revenue Technology to enhance Salesforce functionality
Simplify renewal processes through automation and tools
Manage case management for renewals and related issues

Requirements:

Experience in Renewals or Revenue Operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with Salesforce for renewals
Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities
