What You’ll Do:

Engage with Customers: Welcome guests to the dealership, listen to their needs, and guide them to the perfect Ford vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget.

Provide Expert Guidance: Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and confidently, ensuring customers feel informed and empowered.

Build Lasting Relationships: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.

Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Sales Manager and fellow consultants to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Stay Knowledgeable: Continuously update your knowledge of Ford’s latest models, features, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Attitude: A positive, can-do approach with a genuine desire to help customers.

Drive: Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications: A valid driver’s license and familiarity with automotive financing.
