Jobber Expansion Team Manager

Step into a leadership role at Jobber as an Expansion Team Manager, where you'll guide a team of sales professionals to enhance customer relationships. This managerial role involves leading a team of 8+ sales individuals and working closely with the Senior Manager to refine the sales approach. You will implement innovative coaching and feedback strategies that resonate with both team members and customers. A strong emphasis will be placed on performance metrics to ascertain the effectiveness of sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop an expansion sales team
Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one coaching
Collaborate with various departments for optimized project rollout
Monitor sales metrics and coach on effective strategies
Recruit and train new team members for success

Requirements:

Past experience in sales management
Proven track record in a fast-paced B2B sales environment
Proficient in analytical tools, particularly Salesforce
Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
Passionate about driving customer success and team growth
