We are seeking a talented and experienced 2D Animator (live casino) to drive our live games' animation vision and development. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our creative culture and lead the animation process, ensuring that our games feature captivating visuals and engaging themes. As the 2D Animator , you will collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and developers to create stunning artwork that enhances the player experience.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience working as an animator

• Strong process‑improvement mindset - readiness to challenge and rethink existing animator workflows and drive meaningful changes

• Proactive product ownership - ability to propose product ideas that may require development adjustments and to push initiatives through to completion

• Persistence in driving results - willingness to actively advocate for improvements, follow up with developers, and ensure ideas are implemented

• High creative and strategic potential - genuine desire to unlock full potential and contribute without limitations or rigid boundaries

• Vision‑driven approach - capability to set direction, suggest enhancements, and influence the product’s evolution

• Optional leadership potential - opportunity to grow into a Lead role

• Knowledge of the corresponding software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Spine, etc.)

• 3D knowledge (Blender or Maya or similar tools)

• Basic understanding of Unreal Engine

• Edit and create assets to supply animation needs

• Handle all aspects of the animation production pipeline, from concept to final implementation

• Experience in creating visual effects and animations

• An understanding of basic vector math and art fundamentals (lighting, composition, proportion, color theory, etc.)

• Attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different art styles

• Understanding of game development pipelines and asset integration

• Passion, desire to learn and develop

• A creative and collaborative spirit

• Ability to accept feedback and adapt to it

• Experience with casino games

• Strong knowledge of animation principles

• Understanding of different animation styles

• Experience in game animation

• Production & Pipeline Knowledge

• Ability to give and adapt feedback

• Upper-intermediate level of English
  

Will be a huge plus:

• Experience using additional plugins for Adobe After Effects, such as Trapcode and Boris FX Suite

• Work with Illustrators and Art Directors to create and animate environments, and FX in different styles

• Export and optimize animations to create game-ready assets

• Using optimization techniques to meet memory limitations
