Deliver Stellar Service: Provide 7 Star service by anticipating guests' needs and creating unforgettable moments
Welcome Guests with a Smile: Create a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests, handling check-ins and check-outs with ease
Be a Problem Solver: Take on challenges and be empowered to resolve guest issues. Turn obstacles into opportunities for unforgettable guest experiences
Bring your A-game to maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the lobby and reception area to create an inviting environment for guests
Embrace our hotel's guidelines and safety measures they're here to ensure our team members and our guest experience is both amazing and safe What We're Looking For: Customer-Centric Attitude: Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but your passion for helping others is what matters most
Engaging Personality: A friendly, upbeat demeanor that can put guests at ease and make their stay unforgettable
Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and a desire to learn new programs
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and support your teammates
