Job Responsibility:

Production Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Guide and urge the production line to reach standard output and continuously increase per capita output to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

2. Improve jigs and tools to ensure complete equipment, easy use, and standardized operation.

3. Responsible for the formulation of relevant product production process documents (process SOP, PFAMA production), improve and optimize product processes, and provide timely production support.

4. Collect various process problems encountered during the production site, provide feedback and continue to optimize.

5. Have certain basic electronic product testing foundation (R232/IO/R485 test communication principle), and be able to put forward ideas on test optimization.

6. Ability to independently handle various production test anomalies and analysis capabilities.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, electronics or communications related major, science and engineering major

2. More than 3 years of working experience in electronic process manufacturing in related industries

3. Understand the entire production and testing process of the product, and be proficient in SMT/DIP/assembly/packaging related processes.

4. Requires proficiency in English and ability to communicate normally in English

5. Proficient in using 2D, 3D software, EXCEL, PPT and other office software;

6. Proficient in using MES, ERP, WMS and other related software

7. Have healthy professional ethics

8. Have certain experience in new product introduction, process formulation and improvement, and fixture design

9. Have good communication, coordination and organizational skills and be able to assist in achieving production goals.

10. Have good teamwork skills, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.

11. Have good problem analysis skills, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, and good teamwork.

12. Fluent in Mandarin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
