Lead Capilano Mall and Northwoods Village with expertise in retail operations, financial planning, tenant relations, and team leadership in British Columbia.QuadReal Property Group seeks a General Manager responsible for the overall performance of two shopping centres. You will manage operations, execute business plans, and guide teams while supporting tenants and shoppers. The position combines budgeting, risk management, guest services, sustainability, and stakeholder relationships.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations for regional and grocery-anchored shopping centresExecute approved business plans and manage daily operationsPrepare annual revenue, expense, and capital budgetsLead mentoring, recruitment, training, and performance managementMaintain tenant, community, and corporate stakeholder relationshipsRequirements:
Five to seven years managing comparable regional retail centresBusiness Administration or Urban Planning degree preferredValid BC Property Management License or transferable Canadian equivalentStrong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledgeBring regional retail management, strategic budgeting, and people leadership experience to QuadReal’s Capilano and Northwoods properties.
