AI Engagement Lead at Future Secure AI

Future Secure AI

Drive AI innovation as an Engagement Lead with Future Secure AI. Join a dynamic team to create AI Co-Worker solutions that optimize enterprise performance. In this role, you'll oversee the deployment of AI Co-Worker projects, working alongside dedicated Delivery teams to ensure alignment with customer needs. Your experience in product management or consulting and agile project leadership is essential for managing complex engagements. You'll be instrumental in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and ensure customer experiences are top-notch. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to design AI Co-Worker specifications
Create logical frameworks for AI functionality with Delivery teams
Act as the main liaison for customer engagement
Synchronize teams in analytics, engineering, and quality assurance
Maintain quality control and enhance customer satisfaction during delivery

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years experience, 5+ focused in Product Management
In-depth knowledge of agile practices and leadership
Proven success in senior stakeholder management
Ability to turn strategic ambiguity into clear plans
Exceptional analytical and clarity-driving skills
