Big Data Quality Engineering with Property and Casualty (PC) Insurance domain
Kitchner, ON – Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite Per Week
Long Time Contract
We are seeking an experienced Data QE professional with strong expertise in Big Data testing and data validation processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ETL Testing, Database Testing, Data Migration, and GCP BigQuery within Agile environments. Experience in Property and Casualty (PC) Insurance domain will be an added advantage.
• 10+ years of experience in Data QE and Big Data Testing
• Strong expertise in writing and analyzing complex SQL queries
• Hands-on experience with GCP BigQuery
• Strong experience in ETL Testing and Database Testing
• Experience in Data Migration Testing and Report Validation
• Experience designing and executing test cases in Big Data environments
• Strong analytical and data validation skills
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of Google Data Engineering concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Support and execute Data Testing initiatives in Big Data environments
• Build and execute testing strategies aligned with business requirements and design specifications
• Write and execute complex SQL queries using GCP BigQuery
• Perform ETL Testing, Database Testing, and Data Migration validation
• Validate reports and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Design, develop, and execute test cases for Big Data applications
• Collaborate with Agile teams throughout the development and testing lifecycle
• Analyze and validate complex datasets for quality and integrity
• Identify, track, and resolve data quality issues
• Experience in Property and Casualty (PC) Insurance domain
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering practices
• Experience working with enterprise-scale Big Data systems
