People Partner

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be partnering with an innovative social enterprise to recruit a People Partner. This is a key role supporting the delivery of objectives and working closely with leaders to provide a high-quality, end-to-end HR service across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and case management support to managers, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and attendance matters.
  • Support leaders through transformational and organisational change initiatives
  • Review, maintain and update people policies in line with legislation and organisational culture
  • Embed recruitment best practice to support effective talent management, working in partnership with the Senior People Partner
  • Support and advise on organisational change, including TUPE transfers, restructures and workforce changes
  • Ensure full compliance with the organisation's Recruitment Policy
  • Support the delivery of succession planning outcomes aligned to business needs

Skills & Experience:

  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 or Level 7)
  • Proven experience providing high-quality HR advice to senior stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations across the full lifecycle
  • Sound understanding of payroll processes
  • Experience working with recognised Trade Unions
  • Demonstrated business partnering capability, including the development of people plans
