Warehouse and Quality Technician

Job Responsibility:

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse and Quality Technician to support daily warehouse operations and ensure quality control of incoming parts and outgoing shipments. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth workflows between purchasing, production, and shipping, while also ensuring high standards of product quality and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Incoming Parts Quality Control (QC) inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
• Support Purchasing and Accounting teams by completing and organizing Purchase Order (PO) documentation.
• Communicate with Purchasing to resolve any discrepancies or deficiencies in received orders.
• Assist in Assembly Kitting by preparing and organizing components for production.
• Maintain and update the Quality Log for traceability, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare shipping documents and product tags for outgoing orders.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of spare parts for shipment.
• Pick up and drop off parts at various vendor locations as needed using company Truck and Trailer.
• Operate a forklift to safely load and unload skids, crates, and other materials.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, quality control, or logistics is a plus.
• Understanding of inventory systems and PO workflows.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Team player with strong communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for vendor pickups/deliveries).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
