Automotive Sales Consultant Opportunity

Join our dealership as an Automotive Sales Consultant, where you'll sell and lease vehicles while driving customer satisfaction. Report directly to the Sales Manager and aim for dealership goals. In this role, you'll leverage your 1+ years of sales experience in a dealership environment. You will follow up with leads through effective communication, make outbound calls daily, and actively participate in training sessions to enhance your skills. Ensuring above-average CSI ratings is a key expectation of this position, as well as maintaining professional attire and attendance. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM to follow up with potential customers
- Make an average of 40 calls daily to connect with leads
- Attend regular sales workshops and meetings
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet dealership standards
- Maintain an appointment closing ratio of 50%
- 1+ years in automotive sales required
- Knowledge of dealership processes and practices
- Demonstrated relationship-building abilities
- OMVIC License required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
