Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
Follow established recipes and food safety standards to ensure safe food handling practices
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Serve food efficiently to guests while providing friendly and attentive service
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Adhere to all health regulations and safety procedures to uphold a safe working environment

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food industry setting
Strong understanding of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation protocols
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of meal preparation techniques across various cuisines is a plus
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
