Together, we are concept builders and boosters with global opportunities for well-known retailers and brands.Centdegrés is building a new kind of creative studio in North America — one that operates at the intersection of strategy, design, content, and product innovation.We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support the execution of high‑quality creative across digital, print, social, and packaging deliverables. This role is designed for a designer who not only creates strong work, but understands the realities of production and takes ownership of delivering polished, on‑time, production‑ready assets.The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑moving environments, brings a strong technical foundation, and approaches design with a hands‑on, solutions‑first mindset. This is an active, execution‑driven role, requiring attention to detail, accountability, and a willingness to push work across the finish line.In this role, you will:Execute high-quality design across digital, social, print, and packagingTranslate creative direction into polished, production-ready assetsPrepare files for production with precision and attention to detailAdapt and scale concepts across multiple formats and channelsCollaborate closely with Art Directors, Strategists, and Production teamsManage timelines and deliverables with a strong sense of accountabilityContribute to a culture of speed, quality, and creative ambitionAbout you3+ years of experience in a design or production role; agency experience is a plusStrong technical skills across Adobe Creative Suite required; experience with Figma is a plusDeep understanding of production processes (print, digital, packaging)A sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual consistencyAbility to move quickly without compromising qualityA proactive, solutions-first mindset — you don’t wait to be told twiceComfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWhat We OfferYou will enjoy being part of an energetic and hands-on team, excited about beauty and home care.
