We're a hardworking crew building custom concrete moulds from the ground up, and we're looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join us for the season—with real potential to stick around. This starts as a seasonal role, but strong performers often get extended or brought on permanently. You'll weld, grind, finish, and inspect alongside people who have your back, while we train you up on concrete techniques and keep safety front and center. MIG Welder Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on custom concrete moulds
• Read blueprints and technical schematics
• Complete concrete repairs, including grinding and parging
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Assist with moving and handling concrete materials
• Train in concrete finishing and mould preparation
• Remove finished products from moulds
• Inspect mould quality and apply stencils
• Clean work areas and maintain equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

MIG Welder Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CWB MIG or Stick Welding certification required
• 2+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid Ontario Class G driver's license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Available to start immediately (next business day)
• CSA-approved safety boots required
• Must be clean-shaven to comply with respirator requirements
• No jewelry permitted while working in the facility

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Location: Puslinch, Ontario
• Other: Seasonal temporary position with the possibility of an extension or permanent employment
