Job Responsibility: ? Co-Founder / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)? Canada | ? temperise.co Abous Us ? At Temperise , weve developed a working MVP that proves our vision: a smart thermal container powered by patented thermal battery technology . Unlike ordinary flasks, it can boil water, reheat food, and maintain precise temperatures . Our mission is to deliver sustainable, portable heating that makes life easier for mothers, travelers, commuters, and busy professionals while cutting unnecessary carbon emissions. Were now preparing for crowdfunding, fundraising, and scaling and were looking for a CEO & Co-Founder to lead the business side of our company. What Youll Do: ? Provide overall strategic leadership and vision ? Lead fundraising , manage investors, and secure capital ? Build partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and strategic allies ? Define pricing, channels, and go-to-market strategy ? Drive sales growth and business development ? Build and manage the core team and company culture ? Oversee operations, financial planning, and execution What Were Looking For ? Proven leadership experience (CEO, Founder, or senior exec in startups/scale-ups)? Strong track record with fundraising, investors, and partnerships ? Entrepreneurial and hands-on, ready to operate in early-stage environments ? Passion for sustainability, consumer hardware, and impact ? Visionary leader who can scale Temperise from MVP to global brand What Youll Get ? Founders equity (co-founder level)?
