Own reference architectures, approved patterns, and platform controls across RAG, agents, inference, and software delivery. 15+ years in architecture or engineering5+ years leading architects or engineers at enterprise scaleHands-on RAG, agent frameworks, MCP, and inference expertiseAI security, DevSecOps, and SDLC experienceRegulated industry experience, ideally financial services under OSFIBring enterprise leadership and hands-on AI depth to RBC’s RAG, agent, security, and inference architecture in Toronto.
