Shape the future of AI as a Remote General Postdoctoral Researcher with Alignerr. Collaborate with leading labs to develop cutting-edge AI models on your schedule. Alignerr seeks Masters and PhD-level researchers to tackle complex problems that enhance AI reasoning capabilities. This flexible, hourly contract role allows you to engage in intellectually stimulating work while collaborating asynchronously with other experts. You will leverage your academic background to produce high-quality, impactful research deliverables across various disciplines. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design advanced problem statements in AI
- Solve complex, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance
- Collaborate asynchronously with other researchers and experts
- Ensure academic rigor and clarity in all deliverables
- Contribute across STEM disciplines from mathematics to engineering
- Master’s or PhD in a STEM field from a top university
- Proven research track record or complex project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with reliable independent work habits
- Fluent in English
