Sherweb is scaling its Cloud Marketplace and expanding its Business Application & AI portfolio. We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong vendor instincts — someone who thrives at the intersection of products, partnerships, and commercial decision making. 

You'll own the success of a product category

• Shaping the strategy

• Supporting Sales & Marketing


• Making real business decisions that directly impact revenue & profitability.

This is  not  a traditional SaaS Product Manager role.

You won't manage a development backlog or an engineering squad.

What you'll actually do

As Product Manager – BizApp & AI, you will

• Own the performance of your product portfolio
  
  
  
  • Profitability (P&L), pricing, positioning, and growth
  
  
  • Market relevance and competitive positioning.
  
  


• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic vendors  
  
  
  
  • Lead vendor relationships, negotiations, and escalations
  
  
  • Represent Sherweb as a credible, senior partner
  
  
  • Influence to align with our marketplace strategy.
  
  


• Drive go-to-market execution
  
  
  
  • Partner with Marketing on messaging campaigns, and launches
  
  
  • Support Sales with pricing decisions, deal strategy, and product expertise
  
  
  • Help close complex opportunities when needed.
  
  


• Continuously improve how products operate internally
  
  
  
  • Identify friction, gaps, and inefficiencies
  
  
  • "Figure it out" when processes don't work as intended
  
  
  • Balance short term fixes with longer term improvements.
  
  


• Be a cross-functional leader
  
  
  
  • Align Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Platform teams
  
  
  • Lead through influence, clarity, and credibility
  
  
  • Make decisions - and know when to ask for help.
  
  

How you'll ideally spend your time:

• 30% Owning vendor relationships & aligning internal teams. Will include helping to add strategically significant vendors to our marketplace.


• 25% Making products work better (operations, fixes, optimization)


• 20% Shaping product strategy & portfolio direction


• 15% Supporting Sales on pricing, positioning & complex deals


• 10% Presentations, reviews & special initiatives.

The profile we are looking for

You might come from Product Management / Vendor Management or Technical Sales - what matters most is how you think and lead.

You are someone awesome who:

• Learns fast and enjoys absorbing complex information


• Highly effective at managing frequent context switching across multiple vendor relationships


• Is naturally curious and connects ideas across domains


• Is comfortable making decisions with imperfect data


• Has the confidence to represent the company with senior vendors


• Communicates clearly, directly, and with impact 


• Has grit - problems don’t discourage you, they motivate you.

Experience and background

• Experience in Business Applications (Payment tools, Training, file management, documentation management, email signature management, legal support, Accounting, Automation, RPA, e-signature, ERP, etc.) and/or SMB/MSP AI products (Automation, Help Desk, etc.))


• Exposure to MSPs, Cloud services, VARs, or distributors


• Strong asset if you’ve worked in a Cloud marketplace or distribution model


• Financial and commercial acumen (pricing, margins, tradeoffs)


• Native level or fluent English required (spoken and written); French is an asset.

Reasons for the requirement of English: Sherweb has international customers and fluency in English is the only way to ensure proper service delivery to them. The main tasks related to this position require written and oral communication with an English-speaking clientele at all times.
