Become an integral part of Fitch Group as an AI Senior Engineer focused on collaboration technologies in Toronto. Enhance Microsoft 365 environments and implement advanced AI solutions.
In this role, you'll join the Modern Workplace and Collaboration Services team to help architect, build, and manage enterprise-grade AI solutions. Your experience in Microsoft Power Platform and conversational AI will be crucial as you lead technical initiatives and support citizen development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and deploy AI agent solutions
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with secure, compliant platforms
• Drive standards for conversational experiences
• Mentor junior staff and facilitate their growth
• Establish processes for performance and adoption
Requirements:
• 7+ years in the tech field with a focus on AI
• 5+ years in engineering roles within Microsoft ecosystems
• Strong expertise in AI solution architecture
• Knowledge of compliance issues in Power Platform
• Experience with analytics and telemetry for AI solutions
