Responsibilities

Oversee project planning, execution, and completion as Project Manager reporting to the Director of Manufacturing. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage resources, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing strategies to protect project delivery. Drive simplified and common material master maintenance processes across the organization with defined data governance practices. Engage key data SMEs by domain ownership (sales, product development, engineering, compliance) and ensure a compliant material master maintenance and governance process. Support different stages of data migration: data mapping, data validation for mock data loads and production data loads. Identify and define business‑critical fields and establish governance and data quality requirements for critical fields. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of proven experience in project management and system integration initiatives within complex organizations. Good knowledge of PLM, ERP, and specifically Material Master functionality and integration capabilities. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and gain buy‑in for integration initiatives. Demonstrated leadership abilities: inspiring, motivating teams, driving change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Proven ability to develop and capitalize on new business opportunities, set business goals, and deliver on plans. Bilingual (French and English). Benefits
