Your leadership will facilitate a culture that prioritizes quality customer experiences and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach staff to optimize the client experience
  • Focus on retention management through direct client interaction
  • Manage daily operations for client onboarding and service
  • Champion First Call Resolution initiatives for maximum efficiency
  • Develop performance dashboards for executive reporting
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years in Call Centre environments
  • Over 5 years in leadership roles managing teams
  • Proven ability in analytics and process optimization
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Capacity to adapt in fast-paced environments
