Payroll Systems Consultant - BDO Digital

Join BDO Digital as a Dayforce Payroll Implementation Consultant and lead impactful client projects. Manage every step of payroll implementation while providing expert support. This consultant role requires more than 2 years of Dayforce Human Capital Management experience, with a strong emphasis on Payroll functionality. You will oversee the implementation lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices while engaging with clients through education and training. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of payroll implementation
• Document and validate client specifications
• Adapt Dayforce to client-specific payroll needs
• Train client staff on efficient operational practices
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing of best practices

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in Dayforce HCM
• Strong knowledge of Payroll business processes
• Capacity to juggle multiple client engagements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dayforce certification regarded as advantageous
