What are your contributions to the team?
Plan, execute and control technical manufacturing projects (buildings & equipment) for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center.
Find technical solutions to health, safety and environment risks linked to infrastructures and equipment.
Manage costs and schedule so that your projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of your customers.
Establish and understand the needs and priorities of your internal customers.
Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels in the Organization.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects.
Enforce internal safety rules on your sites.
Solve various technical issues using a sustainable approach.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
How to thrive in this role?
You have a degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, construction) and / or technical.
You have five (5) years of experience in managing projects in the manufacturing sector.
You are organized, recognized for your leadership and have demonstrated the ability to mobilize various teams.
You adopt best practices in project management.
You are able to work under pressure and meet your commitments.
You demonstrate negotiation skills as well as problem analysis and resolution.
You have initiative, concern for a job well done and customer satisfaction is your priority.
You are fluent in French, both oral and written. Knowledge of English is considered an asset.
