Searching for someone special to become a part of our little family!

I'm starting the search for someone special to become a part of our little family. We're looking for a nanny for our sweet 11-month-old son in Repentigny. The position would ideally be full-time (Monday to Friday, roughly 9-4, but we're flexible for the right person) and we'd love for someone to start as soon as possible. Our little guy is such a happy, easygoing baby. He loves being outside, exploring, and just taking everything in. I'm looking for someone who naturally enjoys spending time with little ones and who has a calm, loving personality to match his. We love outdoor play and learning through everyday life, but we're also big believers in independent play and don't feel our son needs to be entertained every second of the day. The job would mainly be taking care of him, preparing some simple meals for him, and helping keep the main floor tidy. We'd love someone who enjoys going for walks or little outings too! He'll have a dedicated playroom, a big backyard with a pool to enjoy, and next summer we'll have a swing set area for him. We really want our home to be a place where our nanny feels comfortable too. English and French would be ideal, but we'd also love if you speak Italian or Spanish (our son is half Italian). CPR/First Aid is definitely a bonus. We do have one cat, but she spends most of her time hiding, and we're looking for a non-smoker! Compensation is something we'd rather discuss privately because we're looking for the right fit above all else. We're happy to pay well for someone who truly becomes part of our family's routine, and we're hoping this will be a long-term relationship.
