Working Foreman/Forewoman - Framing

Primary responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate employees or subcontractors;
Ensure meticulous quality control and inspection of installations;
Offer extensive project planning and project management support;
Actively participate in safety and incident investigations and reviews;
Assist the project coordinator in reviewing and updating construction schedules;
Oversee the training of all workers;
Regularly attend weekly and quarterly production meetings;
Take responsibility for the upkeep of the company’s equipment.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in employee supervision;
Bilingualism is considered an asset;
Positive Attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction;
Demonstrated experience in carpentry, especially framing;
Exceptional organizational skills;
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities;
Ability to perform effectively under pressure;
Self-motivated, responsible, and dedicated work ethic.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience.  We do not use AI to screen resumes.
