Paymentus Technical Account Manager Position
Paymentus
Become a vital part of Paymentus as a Technical Account Manager, ensuring exceptional support for National Accounts. Focus on problem-solving and client advocacy with internal teams. As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the first point of contact for operational and technical inquiries from clients. Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues, complete SLA reporting, and support the Account Director in meetings and product demos. Additionally, you will be involved in root cause analyses and help define client requirements during implementations. Key Responsibilities:
- Master client setup and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot incidents with cross-functional teams
- Deliver accurate monthly SLA performance reports
- Assist in product demonstrations and QBRs
- Engage stakeholders in the RCA review process
- 3-5 years in electronic payments and billing
- Background in technical leadership roles
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with NACHA Operating Rules
- Experience in data analysis and problem-solving
