Receptionist

Our hotel group, consisting of four establishments located in the heart of Old Quebec — Hôtel Le Priori, Hôtel Sainte-Anne, Hôtel Le Saint-Paul, and Hôtel Belley — is seeking a person passionate about hospitality and motivated to provide exceptional service to every guest.

As a true representative of the hotel, you are the first point of contact for our clientele. Your mission is to offer warm and efficient service to ensure a memorable stay.

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure

• Answer calls and make reservations

• Respond to requests and provide attentive, personalized service

• Provide tourist information and recommend activities

• Handle cashier transactions

• Ensure communication between different departments

PROFILE SOUGHT

We are looking for a versatile, dynamic individual driven by the desire to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Bilingualism: Excellent command of French and a very good level of English (mandatory)

• Skills: Comfortable with computer tools

• Presentation: Professional appearance and excellent communication

• Qualities: Autonomy, versatility, and a sense of initiative

• Availability: Full-time availability

• Attitude: Positive attitude and a daily smile

• Salary: Starting at $18.50 CAD / hour, increasing according to your experience.
