Become the driving force behind glass manufacturing excellence as North America Regional Hot End Leader at Original Composites and Fiberglass. Oversee hot end processes, safety culture, and operations to achieve customer satisfaction and sustainability.
This leadership role focuses on driving safety protocols and ensuring the highest quality production in our regional facilities. You will leverage expertise in glass melting, continuous processes, and team development to meet operational excellence. Collaboration with global teams will be essential in advancing our hot end technical standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities: - Implement safety protocols for regional hot end operations - Manage complex glass melting and combustion processes - Develop technical talent through effective team training - Define and standardize best-in-class manufacturing processes - Analyze and optimize performance across regional plants
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanics, Chemical Engineering, or related field - Skilled in data analysis and decision-making - Experience with TPM, Lean, and 6 Sigma methodologies - Ability to travel regionally and globally, approx. 40% - Demonstrated experience in leading complex operations
