Drive sales success as District Manager for Teknion in the Caribbean region. Focus on achieving revenue goals while supporting dealer partners with expertise in sales, marketing, and design. In this key role, you will be responsible for promoting Teknion's product portfolio, including StudioTK and LUUM. With a focus on maximizing profitability, you will maintain professional relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities. Your ability to onboard dealers strategically and manage distribution networks will be crucial to this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue goals across all product categories
- Manage territory sales expenses and forecasts
- Identify new business opportunities via CRM
- Collaborate with dealers for strategic business planning
- Train dealers on products and compliance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in furniture
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve results
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong asset
